This was mabye the best hotel I tried in Vietnam.

People at the reception were extremely helpful and nice. They even helped me to find my lost baggage. The room is really a deluxe one for a very cheap price. The location is perfect.

Perfect hotel

We had to leave our suitcases here because we went to different places through ha noi, sapa and ha long bay and the location was in the middle of the city. Even when we kept going back to the hotel for the suitcases they had no problem with it and welcomed us every time. Also their breakfast was perfect especially their spring rolls we got to start the day with a good meal :)

The pillow was a bit too high but other than that everything was perfect!

Clean room and helpful staff

The hotel is in a good location. The staffs are very freindly and helpful. The room is clean and well organized. I will be back to stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Hanoi again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

I made reservations for 1 night with my wife. The room is nice and clean with good amenities. It's stand at good location; close to the center and surrounding with popular place by walk . Staff here are so friendly and helpful especially Alex. For breakfast with various kind of local food and continental cuisine. Would recommend to all visiting Hanoi

Good value, but bad laundry service.

value location staff generally speaking

-breakfast had good menu, but was mostly tasteless. for 3 days, i picked always something different, but it was mostly not a really good cook. It didnt felt like Vietnamese cooking reputation... -they screwed one of my pant at their laundry service. They tried to make it better using special chemicals and made much worse. They would not apologize nor offer compensation.

Everything, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I only have good words for this hotel, very recommendable if you go to Hanoi a few days.

To say something, we didn’t like that at breakfast when we were sitting down a lot of mosquitoes flew away from the table, and we had to keep them away during breakfast, I also found an insect in the toilet, however cleanliness was already VERY good it should improve a little bit more to be excellent. When we told them about the mosquitoes thing the next time there were a lot less mosquitoes so staff reacted quickly. Everything else was completely excellent

This is where you want to be!

+ Probably the most friendly staff in Vietnam! They are friendly from their hearts and you can feel that they really want to provide the best service possible. Also their English skills are excellent! On arrival they provide you with a map that also contains some helpful cultural information (e.g. how to haggle in the market). They really are open for you to ask them any question you might have regarding your stay in Hanoi at any time. + Comfortable room with extra comfortable bed as well as quiet and well working aircondition. Good variety of breakfast choices (freshly prepared for you to your wishes) and excellent coffee! Big walk in rain-shower in the bathroom. + I actually paid 15 USD less for my Haling Bay day tour then other travelers. So the discount offered by the hotel really is a discount + Same day laundry service for approx. 1 USD per item or less then 4 USD per kilo. + Again: The staff!

Incredible stay. 10/10

This stay exceeded my expectations in terms of the staff hospitality. We received a very warm welcome even though we arrived very late into the night (3:30 am) due to a flight delay. Great location in the Old Quarter, easy to get around to most places. Stay included an amazing breakfast. Upon checkout, the staff was so kind to present us with some Vietnamese coffee and a coffee filter as gift!

Extraordinary service from a small establishment in the Old Quarters of Hanoi. Staff were warm and made me feel welcomed during my stay, i felt so comfortable being in the hotel. Fantastic recommendations from the team. Their hospitality was absolutely above and beyond my expectations, worth every dollar spent. Big thank you to the team!
